Tel Aviv, December 7, 2025 – The Center for Jewish Impact (CJI), in partnership with the Ximus Forum, hosted its annual flagship event this past weekend under the title “Business Meets Diplomacy.” Held at the Meyers-Leitersdorf family penthouse in the Shalom Meir Tower in Tel Aviv, the event convened dozens of diplomats from around the world, including economic attachés who shape global trade, alongside CEOs, industry leaders, and senior figures from Israel’s business community who are members of the Ximus Forum.
The evening offered a rare and high-level platform for open dialogue, professional exchange, and the development of meaningful partnerships, aimed at strengthening ties between the diplomatic community and Israel’s private sector and supporting Israel’s ongoing economic recovery and resilience.
Dozens of diplomats from across the globe joined leading figures from Israel’s business community for candid discussions on the challenges faced over the past year by Israel and the international community, and on practical pathways to renew, deepen, and strengthen economic cooperation in support of a stable and growing Israeli future.
During the program, participants were presented, for the first time, with the findings of the Center for Jewish Impact’s 2025 Barometer Survey. The survey provided an in-depth picture of Israeli public opinion, societal sentiment, and national priorities regarding key issues on today’s agenda, highlighting the importance Israeli society places on strengthening the domestic economy during this period of recovery. These insights enabled diplomats to deepen their understanding of Israeli society and to incorporate accurate, data-driven perspectives into their international engagement, fostering a more direct and meaningful connection with Israel’s social and economic realities.
The event opened with remarks by Robert Singer, Chair of the Center for Jewish Impact, and Tomer Cohen, Founder of the Ximus Forum and CEO of Wolt Israel. Both emphasized the importance of Israel’s social and economic resilience, the vital role of the business sector in national recovery, and the shared responsibility of the diplomatic and business communities to continue building bridges, particularly during challenging times.
The evening continued with professional roundtable discussions that enabled in-depth networking between diplomats and representatives of leading Israeli companies, opening the door to new opportunities for international collaboration.
The event was held with the support of House of Dallal, EL AL Israel Airlines, Discount Bank, Arnon, Tadmor-Levy Law Firm, SodaStream, The Glenlivet, Château Golan Winery, Jolika Chocolate, and Moment Productions, whose contributions helped create a refined and high-quality experience for all participants.
Robert Singer, Chair of the Center for Jewish Impact, said: “The Center for Jewish Impact is committed to building genuine bridges between Israeli society and the diplomatic community and to strengthening relationships that shape Israel’s standing in the world. Economic growth is a key driver of recovery and healing for Israeli society and for the State of Israel after the complex years we have endured. This year’s event once again succeeded in connecting diplomats from many countries with leaders of Israel’s business sector, creating a platform for open dialogue, practical cooperation, and the deepening of international ties essential to a stable and growing future. “
Tomer Cohen, Founder of the Ximus Forum and CEO of Wolt Israel, added: “Time and again, our experience shows that meaningful connections between the diplomatic and business worlds are among the strongest drivers of trust, economic recovery, and real change. “
